The galley onboard is on the third level, the same level as the cabins. It has windows facing the hall so you can look in and see the preparations being made for the next meal. Facing the front of the boat is a short counter where you can order for room pickup and a hot and cold shelf where there will be a few things to get you through a hungry night.
The layout of the Galley is simple. Preparation tables, cook stoves ovens , refrigerators , freezers, icemaker and dishwashing. A grade A restaurant at sea , and equipped to serve 30 on a regular basis. Give my compliments to the Chef , and to the helper, Bon Appitite'.
